Pardon us for this is an old article but nevertheless, we think it′s still hot. This came out in September of 2007 in PDI by Alex Vergara. We are quoting some of his words. At the bottom of this post is the link to the entire article.
First we′d like to interest you in this praragraph "...but before the practice of interior design was regulated, first under a specialty board supervised by the board of architecture in 1983 and later under its very own board with the enactment of Republic Act 8534 or the Interior Design Act of 1998, cases of misrepresentation as well as fraud by both pseudo and supposedly legitimate practitioners had been rampant."
